Due to the rapidly changing climate in the health care industry it is not always easy to predict the limitations or extent of coverage. We will do our best to work with you in securing health care coverage whenever possible. When this is not possible our sliding fee scale carries our promise of providing the best care at a manageable fee.  Linda Horrell is an in-network provider for several plans such as Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, Cigna, HealthLink, Anthem  and Federal Blue Cross and Blue Shield, United, Magellan, Ambetter, Chestnut, New Directions Behavioral Health, EPA and ACI.
